Night Terrors
3D Render by RedSpartanWell, no one likes to spend time in hospital...
Used parts from Summoner's Decarabia-Mutation (claws and arms), skull is a freebie from Sketchfab, tentacle thingies and cobwebs are from CGTrader, the environment and bed are from 'Last Room' by Ansiko at Daz.
Second entry for the competition. I've got other images done but I don't think they're scary enough, so will probably post them in the regular gallery soon. I've got another couple of ideas I want to try out once time permits.
