3D Render by maru_berlinPlaying around with a new "Soft breast" product: it does make items collide with breasts, but in my first attempt not with clothes. But since it works in combination with blender I might just get the hang of creating pressure morphs for any garment I want. Daz IS a journey....
She's glowing with personality and charm - amazing work!

Tue, Oct 14Thank you so much, I always try to add something to my characters.
Nice work, with a BIG push-up!
By the way, I was looking at this product (Soft Breasts for Genesis 9). Is it easy to use with Blender as it's written?

Wed, Oct 15I have downloaded Blender for the both "Soft XX" products and i have never used Blender before. I did follow the setup-instructions (Downloading the Alembic exporter, setting up DAZ and Blender), and by and large that was not too difficult.
The program itself is quite easy to use, though my first render - girl squeezing her boobs - did not RENDER in Daz. I could not find out what caused that, but in the viewport it did work. Next attempt was colliding the chest with lingerie, which did not work as I expected (result ist this render). I wanted to create some sort of pressure morph, but maybe I did not set up the colliding item properly.- I will contact the vendor about that. Also I changed my procedure, exporting an untextured figure and giving it a texture after the re-import into DAZ.
I think it is a bit early to give a full thumbs up yet, but if you stick to the manual the first rounds the plugin is easy to use. That I can say.

Wed, Oct 15NB: The plugin creates some kind of shell (not a geoshell), replacing/overlaying the original body part. I was able to use the skin I wanted on that replacement, but not the skin overlay (in this case Colm Jackson's skin add on, should be the same for geoshells, dirt, wet simulations and the like), so I had minor seams at the neck and the upper belly, which I covered up in post. But to be honest, I forgot to apply that to the newly created part, so this might work - or not. I will test that next.

Wed, Oct 15Thanks a lot for this feedback.
I will keep on working on my way to manage self-collisions inside DAZ Studio. I am currently working with Morph Master (https://www.daz3d.com/morph-master) which is good for collisions with external objects but not for the same object (no self-collision).

19 Hours agoAlready got an anser to the clothing issue: there is a "bikini-tutorial" which explains the cause and the remedy for that particular issue.
