(Symbolism)
Arachnid as a Symbol:

Fear and Anxiety: Spiders are one of the most common primary fears (Arachnophobia),
representing what is unexpected, sticky, and hard to evade.
Coming out of the head, it symbolizes that fear has consumed thought.

Mind Control/Parasite: In many cultures, the spider is the weaver.
Here, it suggests that an idea, thought, or parasitic entity has been weaving its "web" in the man's mind,
restructuring his reality until it replaces his consciousness.

"Inner Monster" Revealed: It represents the man's psyche or a dark,
hidden aspect of his personality that is finally exteriorized. It is the madness or the evil emerging.

Coming out of the Head:

Invasion of the Mind: It is a literal representation of the loss of mental autonomy
or the intrusion of an unwanted thought (obsession, madness).

Grotesque Birth: It suggests that the man has "given birth"
to something terrible from his intellect, like a malicious thought or plan that is now tangible and deadly.

Destruction of Reason: The creature emerges by shattering the skull (the seat of reason),
indicating total mental collapse.
