"In the depths of the south, where heat mixes with smoke and secrets rot beneath stagnant water, a man everyone thought had been buried by time reappears. An ex-convict marked by betrayal and obsession. After years in prison, he has sculpted his body into a temple of revenge, tattooing every name, every date, every broken promise on his skin.

He doesn't seek redemption. He seeks justice his way. He returns to the town that condemned him, moving like a shadow through the cane fields, leaving clues in the form of symbols and distorted biblical verses. His gaze, hidden behind the smoke that seems to follow him like a specter, leaves no doubt: someone will pay.

The family that denounced him now lives in apparent peace, but the past is not so easily buried. Every night, the echo of the swamp grows louder. And when he finally shows up, his torso bare and the storm reflected in his eyes, fear ceases to be an emotion… and becomes a sentence".
