Yes, that would be my interpretation of an oracle of the future. Someone very exclusive... Hence the tattoos, her halo... You can consult her, but at your own risk. Perhaps she'll decide if the person consulting her is worthy of such knowledge. xD
It might look like she's holding a scythe, even though she's floating among circuits and processors... It's an Exo tail, like a reptilian one, all bone. It could be her scythe, haha. Good observation!
