This is an earlier version of Julian 9 mixed with teen side kick no. 8.

The tie was a real faff as its from the Eldritch outfit and its worn over a shirt. Once the shirt is removed it doesn't sit flush with the neck and chest which resulted in a lot of fiddling about.

Yeah - we need ties without anything underneath! I had already tried something like this once (more along the lines of my DropLace), but I wasn't entirely satisfied with the result. After seeing your picture, though, I'm going to give it a second chance.
