The Prototype
3D Render by CKD GraphicsThe genetic labs of the Hoelstin Cartel had a long and notorious history, during which they had prided themselves of being able to provide any kind of companion, worker or special utility product a client could think of. Some of them these requirements were quite specific.
Keera (K33-R-CL0096901 to be precise, but who wanted to be called by that name?) came was a prototype from a quite specific entertainment line. A number of customers had complained that these entertainment products were too fragile, passive and hardly put up any resistance. True to their corporate doctrine, the engineers had come up with some ideas. A more resilient model with enhanced regenerative capabilities and a feistier attitude, as well as the physical prowess and creative mindset to meet their clients expectations.
They were quite happy - and padded each other's shoulders - that the 33rd prototype of that line already met all their requirements, which kept them well within the budget and would allow them to quickly start serial production.
Unfortunately for them, Keera not only met but exceeded all their clients' requirements....
