Folds
3D Render by ExcessiveSome fairly heavy postwork (for me at least) - I let this render run for 6 hours and it was still super noisy, and this was the second run after another 5+ hour attempt that came out unacceptable. I wanted it to look a little more lurid and gritty though so the extra noise is kind of OK.
For any turbo art nerds who notice, the placement of the painting is deliberate.
Black Iris III, by Georgia O'Keefe (who insisted this painting was not anything more than a painting of a literal flower and wasn't really happy with us perverts who see something else when we look at it)

Love the soft deform on the bed.
As far as your noise here are few things I've learned with my time in Daz.
1) First thing is on your camera turn the headlamp mode to "off" then you can press "Ctrl + L'" to turn the "Light" of the scene "on" if you viewing your work in "texture shader" view.
2) Render Setting/Filtering - turn on the "post denoiser available" then turn on the "Post Denoiser Enable" you have to turn both on in order for it to work. Set the "Post Denoiser Start Iteration" to something like 200. I set my to 500. If you launch your Nvida Iray Preview after a few miutes you should see the "noise" mostly clear. Be warned that it can have a slight "glass effect" to your render.
3) Render setting/Tone Mapping - the setting to play with are Shutter speed, F/Stop. and Fim Iso. These are the hall marks of light control of the "Camera" you are using to view your subjects.
I would recommend looking at: https://missmassaro.weebly.com/camera-settings.html the triangle there is holly grail to understand lighting and "noise" and they correlate to the three settings listed above.
Hope this helps!

7 Hours agoThanks, I will look a little harder at the post denoiser (I don't think this is doing anything the various external desnoiers do but I will give it a better look).
