AD SX4 Escape from the Outer Rim

A forgotten Imperial listening station where nothing ever happened.
Trooper AD-SX4 had been on rotation for months, guarding empty corridors and silent radar rooms.
Then the alarms erupted.
Republic ships dropped out of hyperspace and bombarded the station without warning. The first explosion ripped through the hangar, throwing AD-SX4 across the corridor and cracking parts of her armor.
Smoke filled the halls. Communications died instantly.
Republic commandos were already inside.
AD-SX4 tried to reach her squad, but the passageways were filled with debris and fallen troopers. A nearby blast tore into her side, leaving her wounded and barely able to stand.
The base was collapsing around her.
Blaster in hand, AD-SX4 staggered through the outer corridor, searching for an escape pod.
Behind her, enemy voices and blaster fire were getting closer.
She wasn’t fighting for the Empire anymore.
She was just trying to stay alive.
