Probably an all too familiar scene for those of you having kids...It reminds me of the time mine where very young.
The character is a mix of various head and face morphs.
Marvelous Designer was used to drape and especially add more pressure to the shirt (this isn't a dforce item and adding dforce to it didn't quite do it for me.
Photoshop was only used for one click; auto contrast. I used mesh lights and added one single spot to try to create the impression of a warm glowy day. Turns out the final render didn't give enough contrast to my liking.
Especially an exercise in Depth of Field (1.2 on a 35 mm lens), lighting and subtle expression.
