Cute Suit
3D Render by kssamI was messing around with some old assets, trying to breathe new life into them, and loved this swimsuit. What do you think of it? I think it's cute.
Texturing has gotten stale overall...
Had high hopes for the L.I.E. system when introduced but I think Rendorgal might be one of the only vendors I've seen use it for clothing. Be nice to have some team uniforms that every character wasn't number 5......

Wed, Mar 25Haha fair point. This was just a fun experiment on my end. Since I was retexturing an existing product, I ended up working within the L.I.E. setup it came with. Just trying to take it from bland to cute.

Wed, Mar 25Think you might have taken that wrong... I actually love the texture on the swim suit! Wish we could get some more like that. Most of the texturing being done on the clothing lately just feels generic, or same ole, same ole.....

Wed, Mar 25Oh, it appears that I did. I also agree... that' the entire reason I changed this one up. Texturing now seems to want to simply blend in and not stand out in any way. Nothing is made to grab attention any longer. At least, very few. So... glad you liked the print.

Wed, Mar 25Yeah, sorry about that!
I'd actually been pondering the lack of originality in terms of texturing for clothing lately and I think I was typing in frustration when I saw the awesomeness of the texture on your swimsuit. Wish I had the skill to pull it off.

Thu, Mar 26It's pretty simple actually. Just use PhotoShop, Canva or something similar, find the texture/uv mapping of the clothing, then just overlay then and export.
