Reptilia with a Pearl Earring
3D Render by millerblaineI thought I might try a combination of the real and the surreal — the realistic, of course, being a mimicking of a Johannes Vermeer work while devoting the surreal to the subject alone. This piece owes a debt to Vyusur and her Mona-Lita. The render was pretty straight-forward. Photoshop was used for color adjustments and to give the image a painted look that included the canvas and cracks in addition to the brush strokes..
