"Lihn lies half‑reclined, holding the pipe that carries more memories than she ever admits.
The smoke rises in thin lines that drift across the warm red light of the room, mixing with the metallic scent of old machinery and the faint perfume of lacquered wood.
She thinks about the empire that once stood unshaken for centuries, a structure built on discipline, precision and a lineage that shaped entire continents.
She doesn’t dwell on what collapsed.
Her focus stays on what she has rebuilt in the middle of the chaos.
Every alliance, every recovered fragment of technology, every district brought under control exists because she pushed forward when the world fractured.
The room reflects her new order: relics of the past arranged beside devices patched together from scavenged circuits.
Her influence no longer depends on ancient titles.
It comes from the decisions she made when everything else was falling apart.
Lihn inhales, exhales, and watches the smoke fade into the golden patterns on the wall.
What remains is hers because she shaped it with her own hands."
