Animated Fire Textures for DAZ3D
3D Render by Alexander RoarkI made these animated fire textures as a way of getting realistic fire into daz studio without having to rely on massive vdb files. Now you can just add a square plane, apply the fire texture to the colour, luminance, and opacity surfaces, and animate it with the help of a third party texture animator. Layering the product, scaling, and animating different planes at different speeds lets you create realistic cosy log fires, while individually the animated fire textures work perfectly as flaming torches.
