not even to save a fraction of themselves.
Human beings are doomed to repeat patterns.
It’s fucked up learning how to deal with ourselves, our best or worst friend.
- I think it’s one of the hardest battles in life.
Now everyone is their own boss… or not.
Still, it was inevitable for clans to form here and there.
You’re free to join one,
or to wander around and build your own.
For some, this is the end.
For others, this is freedom.
Under this fucking scorching sun I learned to move without expecting anything from anyone.
Not to ask for help.
Not to trust anyone who smiles too much.
To keep going even when the ground burns.
The world didn’t break all at once.
It fell apart piece by piece while everyone looked the other way.
There’s no faith left here, no promises, no speeches.
We had everything and we weren’t happy.
Now we only have ourselves,
and many couldn’t handle that.".
