A Date with Aria
3D Render by PS0996I created this character from scratch in DAZ Studio using a combination of morphs, then kit-bashed the rest of her design from various assets while also editing many of the surface materials directly.
The idea behind this character is that she is an android created by a trio of brilliant siblings. This background is part of a larger world I'm creating as a hobby for a personal project. I hope to write the story down someday, but life has kept that project on hold for now.
I spent nearly a month thinking about what to create for this contest, but in the end I went with this simple date night scene with an android. The idea of a human and an android going on a date in a distant future seemed like an interesting concept.
The last pic is the RAW file but i converted it from TIFF to JPEG because no option to upload TIFF format.
Also i double rendered with two different DOFs and merged them by masking and using a brush to softly paint the details back from both. A very light amount of Post work was done on the final.

On a side note, seeing your name instantly brought back memories. I remember stumbling across your work years ago when I first dove into DAZ. Just wanted to say I really enjoy your work.
Also I recently saw that actual model's 3D scan in daz with 200+ cameras used in rendering. Thats some awesome stuff. I can only imagine the possibilites.
