Digital Burden
3D Render by bisonraviThis picture is the result of a failure. The conversion of the 2D picture (first additional image) with Meshy gave a model which removed a large part of the interesting details (see the test on the second additional picture). So I changed my mind and decided to integrate the original picture with a mask as a texture on a flat square. The trickiest part was to find the right lighting...

Great commentary on our worlds today and fantastic image. I didn't realize that you could do all this with Meshy. Are you able alter the textures of the Meshy models in Daz? The lighting by the way, ROCKS!

Fri, Jul 31Thanks a lot!
Meshy produced a 3D object with some basic PBR textures (Base Color, Roughness, Normal) that must be adapted to get the best for IRay. It's a part of the job to use objects coming from other environments!

Sat, Aug 01Ok, so it's like bringing in any fbx file that you can then add different maps in Daz. Thank you for explaining. It's great that the 3D models come with PBR textures it gives you options

Whoa! How the heck do you create such an incredible 3D model like that? incredible scene and sentiment my friend.

Sat, Aug 01Just the result of a mix between a 2D picture and a 3D picture and a lot of luck... I don't tell you the number of tests I'm throwing away before getting something that pleases me...
Thanks for the comment!
