In total darkness the formation of twenty amphibious LVTP-7 of the IMARA (Infanter a de Marina Armada Rep blica Argentina) deploys from the ARA "Cabo San Antonio" towards the objective "Playa Roja", a sector of three hundred meters in length to the South West of Yorke Bay.
VAO 05 leads the initial four-vehicle assault wave and is the first to make contact with the mainland.
It is 0630 hours on 2 April 1982…
