Textures can bee easily edited in Photoshop and replaced to customise the scene.
Previews were rendered with V-Ray 2.40 for 3dsMax 2014
V-Ray lighting setup is included.
This model can be used for Real-time interactive projects like game environments, VR walk-throughs Real-time Simulations as well as pre-render animation projects
