Marantz Receiver 2270 (Vue-Vob) 3D Model
Marantz Receiver 2270 (Vue-VOB)
To some opinions the 2270 is one of the best sounding vintage receivers ever and the absolute winner of the clash of the titans in the 70-s. It will engage your attention immediately and continue to please your senses to the point where there is a reluctance to leave. It is a pleasure to operate, too. The volume control is smooth and has a silky feel. The tuner dial is smooth and solid. Every button and knob help you "play" the 2270 to your desire. And it is ceaselessly beautiful (especially with the proper wood cabinet). The FM section is outstanding, if you turn up the volume you'll be amazed it never starts distorting. You can toy with new gear but you wallet must be deep tot find the sound of this machine if ever to be found! It is true art. It deserves respect and it will surely only increase in value.
