I also owned this CB radio. It is my favorite brand anyway because these transmitters are just good quality and last a long time. This model is also widely used among truckers in the USA and are still used to communicate with each other. It is often customary to pass on traffic jams or other camelities to each other, for example. Or if a trucker is in need, this will be announced and go if someone is nearby.
The radio had 40 channels and 4 watts of transmitting power. I myself later made an extension for more transmission power and extra channels. Many times I have also used these in my car and had a lot of fun while driving.
