Recommended 3D Printing Parameters

Infill Density: 15% to 20% (Grid or Gyroid patterns recommended for balanced structural strength).
Wall Loops / Perimeter Count: Minimum 3 walls to ensure crisp pixel edges and prevent infill show-through.
Supports: Minimal to none required. Most horizontal overhangs are designed around flat voxel steps. Standard tree supports can be used under recessed board connector slots if needed.
First Layer: Calibrate bed leveling carefully to preserve the exact geometric footprint of the token bases.
Assembly & Post-Processing Guide
Printing: Print the main base board section first, followed by individual token sets sorted by filament color (e.g., Red, Blue, Green, Gold, Brown).
Cleanup: Gently remove any brim or stringing along the sharp pixel corners using a hobby knife or deburring tool.
Assembly: Fit the accent side-rails and corner markers into the main tray. Use a small drop of medium-viscosity CA glue (super glue) on key contact pads to lock the outer frame together securely.
Finishing (Optional): Apply a matte clear coat spray after printing to eliminate shine and accentuate the bold color contrast across all game pieces.
