She looks nice. She looks good dressed up and dressed down. She's got that approachable girl-next-door look to her, which is nice to have in a collection. The right expressions can bring out her fun and inviting personality that she can easily showcase. Her makeup options complement her features quite nicely. A number of poses do need further adjustments - some are more manageable than others. She also wears some shoes better than others.

She's been fun to work with so far even with those caveats.

I pay attention to details with customized teeth and jaw making her expressions nice and realistic, in addition, custom feet, hand, and ear morphs for a more lively-looking character

note: Sarah's height is around 163 cm so some of the Extreme pre-made poses may need some minor tweaking however, it will work as intended :)
