Gumball Robot 3D Model
Gumball Robot — 3D Fan Art
Personal project. I've always been inspired by the heartwarming and nostalgic world of robots created by Matt Dixon. This is my 3D interpretation of his amazing artwork.
My goal was to capture that "cartoonish yet metallic" plastic feel, focusing on non-organic rigging and expressive mechanics. Modeled in Blender, textured with materials to recreate the painted, weathered look.
Original Concept Art by: Matt Dixon
3D Art & Rigging by: Heimerdinger
Based on the artwork "Memories" from the Transmissions series. For personal portfolio purposes only. Non-commercial use.
.zip archive contains:
-a ready-made 3D model
-customized rig for Blender
-customized physics of balls in a glass bulb
-customized materials and compositing for rendering
-additional textures
