Sonsy Stocky 2023 Mega Body Morph Pack for Genesis 8 Female
SONSY: STOCKY 2023
Over the past year I've received a lot of requests for morphs that would enlarge Genesis 8 Female's arms and fingers as well as double chins and overall torso and body thickness. So when I began work on the STOCKY 2023 package, I decided to work in as many of the requested morphs as possible. In the end, I've compiled well over 200 individual morphs for this package my largest to date. I've taken special care to try and keep the individual morphs simple so they work better with clothing but of course as you probably know the bigger your figure gets or the more mixing of morphs you do the harder time auto-conform has making the clothes fit correctly but as said, I've tried my best to make this set of morphs smoother and cleaner with less distortions to help with clothing fits. You will also find a special bonus file in your G8F parameters called SONSY FACES which includes 10 custom face morphs for Genesis 8 female. I made them to help with testing of the double chin and face weight morphs which are included in this package so I decided to go ahead and toss them in too as a bonus.
All of that said, some vendors like to screw around with the G8F head way too much when creating character morphs so be aware the double chin and face weight morphs may not work with your chosen character's face morph. All my morphs are built on the default head and then tested with various characters and faces that I have and use a lot. So if your character face doesn't work well, the cause is too much lower face and neck distortion in your character's face morph. That's another reason I decided to throw in my 10 testing facesso you know you'll have faces that the package will work with.
There are not a lot of breast morphs in this package. I have already done a breast supplemental package (see my stores) so if you require or want more breast options, go get that package. I don't like being redundant with my products. I want customers to have all new morphs every single time. That said, I have included some new butt/thigh/pregnancy morphs. While such is included in other packages, the ones in this new package are different and hopefully improved over previous versions. But if you still want more options for those three categories, see my LOWER BODY and BELLY supplemental packages.
What you will find the package focuses on is thickening of the basic form. I have also adjusted the rigging for these shaping morphs so you will find they twist and bend better than previous morphs. The idea was to add weight and curves without bulging specific parts out. So you'll find morph options that actually narrow or shrink the body to make adjustments. There are also pose-helpers special mouth morphs for opening the mouth without distorting the double chin and also a custom smile option. There's so many things in this pack it's hard to remember them all.
Because of that, I wanted to make it easy to help you get started using the morphs. So, I created shaping presets for the library which includes thumbnail images of the body shape. You can click them and load the preset shape at 100%, which is simple and cool, but what if you only want maybe 50% of that shape applied? I got you covered there too. In the G8F parameters you'll find a BODY PRESETS sub-directory in the SONSY STOCKY 2023 section which has master parameters that are named the same as the body presets so you can dial those shapes in 0-100% or even mix them up if you want. All of the 200+ individual dials are categorized and color-coded for easier use. It's a lot of stuff so you will definitely get your money's worth out of this pack.
As always this package is intended as a stand-alone and requires no other products other than Genesis 8 Female base figure from DAZ Studio to work. But it will work with all other SONSY products so feel free to mix-and-match with other supplemental sets.

You may receive a POPUP Notice regarding POSES exceeding limits when loading. If you do, just select TURN OFF LIMITS and check the remember my preferences option. This will tell DAZ Studio to leave you alone and load whatever pose positions you want. Some systems may not read pose data accurately and you may find that for whatever reason you may need to tweak the position of things like fingers sometimes. It's not a big worry but I wanted to note this right off the bat so no one crapped their pants if they got that popup notice.
I advise setting your SUBDIVISION RENDER LEVEL = 3 at minimum or you may notice some serious issues with angles and crevices. Setting the smoothing level this high gets the best results.
The PRESET SHAPE options have a ZERO option. It will ONLY ZERO the SONSY STOCKY morphs. I did that so you wouldn't lose any other morphs (not Stocky) that you have turned on such as characters or other shaping morphs. If you need to ZERO the full figure, use the EDIT > FIGURE > ZERO options right there in the DAZ Studio menu. Those will turn off everything. There are three options zero everything, zero pose and zero shape. MAKE SURE TO ZERO BEFORE APPLYING A DIFFERENT PRESET or you will get wonky results.
There are an extremely large amount (200+) morph options in this package. I would advise using the PRESET SHAPES to start out with as many of the individual morphs will not behave well with figure faces (especially the double chin/neck morphs). Some vendors mess around with the head so much that you just can't get my chin morphs to work at all with them. I make no warranty on compatibility with other figures. The double chin morphs all work perfectly with the G8F base head and with nearly all of my character heads. They work pretty good with some of the major vendor characters from DAZ but when you start moving into the third party head/character morphs you may find they won't work well with the double chin morphs. I have a lot of adjustment options so play around with them to custom fit your character head.
You may find that this package does not include a lot of breast morphs. I have already released a breast supplemental package so I didn't want to be redundant. If you need more breast, belly, or butt options you'll need the SONSY SUPPLEMENTAL packages for that. That said, I've included a variety of sizes and new morphs for all three body regions. I just didn't want to be redundant and repackage the same morphs over again. So these are all new morphs different from previous packages.
This package contains well over 200 individual morphs. Of those 25 are master morph dials that allow you to quickly dial in combinations of the morphs to achieve a specific body shape. Corresponding PRESET SHAPES (mentioned above) are also presented in the location listed below. The shaping presets will load the shape at 100% with no option to adjust. There is a ZERO shape preset that will turn off all of the STOCKY 2023 morphs and nothing else. If you use these presets, be sure to remember to use the ZERO option each time as sometimes DAZ Studio will not fully switch morphs correctly (resetting). For that reason I don't usually like using the presets but in this case they are extras. In the figure parameters you'll finding matching master morph dials that will load the same preset figure shape but will allow you to adjust it from 0 to 100%. You can mix and match the body shaping presets to achieve some unique shapes. You can also do this with the 10 face shapes. See the notations below to find all of the options in your DS library. Essentially the master morph dials are much more reliable and easier to use, but some people ask me for the preset options, so I have included them as well. The presets also have images which show you what the preset does to Genesis 8, so that is helpful. The tiny area in the parameters doesn't really present much space to show what a dial does. So look at the presets and their images, see which one you want and then you can click it for a full load or you can just find the matching dial in the BODY PRESETS and dial it in 0-100%.
To find the new morphs and master parameter dials, load Genesis 8 /8.1 into your scene. Select her body or "GENESIS 8 FEMALE" from the SCENE TAB. In the PARAMETERS tab you will now see all of her major parameters (dials) listed in the tree. Here you will find your SONSY morphs.

This package includes one conforming swimsuit for Genesis 8 female, a "lifeguard" texture for the swimsuit and a variety of morphs and adjustments for G8F to make her poke out of the suit in the right places.
Installation must be for the Genesis 8 base, but once installed the morphs will also appear in the Genesis 8.1 female base parameters/morph list. Make sure to install to Genesis 8 directory only. See installation instructions for directions for this.
