Very detailed Models, you ll have to make your own materials (wood, glass, metal and gum)
but that s no problem. The models are sorted logical with understandable names for the parts and selections. Very good to work with - recommendable!

There are some overlapping quads you'll have to solve and the water has not top so you'll have to renew it. I'm speaking for the FBX-Version, in MAX all may be fine. Otherwise a very nice model.
