This is PBR Barn. The file includes a model in real world scale (660cm x 522cm x 406cm). It comes in following formats:
.blend
.fbx
.obj
.dae
.gltf
The blender file has the shaders set up, so it's ready to render using Cycles.
It also comes with set of 4K .png maps:
base color
roughness
normal
metallic
ambient occlusion
For performance reasons the GLTF format has 2K JPG textures without ambient occlusion.
