Copy the folder to your "My Library" folders, or drag and drop them, into My Library Folder

How to use:
Load up Genesis 9 and search for KAY Catia in the parameters tab
KAY Catia body add body shape
KAY Catia head adds Head shape
KAY Catia Full adds full shape with scaling applied
Alternatively go into your characters tab/folder and click on the shape you wish to apply
