Copy the folder to your "My Library" folders, or drag and drop them, into My Library Folder

KAY Yung body add body shape
KAY Yung head adds Head shape
KAY Yung Full adds full shape with scaling applied
Alternatively go into your characters tab/folder and click on the shape you wish to apply Or load the full character preset
