How to Install / Unzip:
Download the ZIP file to your computer.
Right-click on the downloaded ZIP archive and select "Extract All…" (or use an extraction tool like 7-Zip or WinRAR).
Copy or merge the extracted folder structure into your main Daz 3D content library directory where your base "Spagetti Top" is installed.
In Daz Studio, select your Genesis 9 character wearing the Spagetti Top, navigate to Clothing > KuraiKya > Top > Spagetti Top > Material > Addon, and double-click any preset to apply the new style.
