Work Sharp Precision Adjust Clamp/Holder With Support Block 3D Model
The clamp currently comes in three mouth sizes, 25mm, 40mm and 60mm, with different length screws to fit. The support block is the same for all sizes and is guided in to place through the geometry of the clamp. If you need another size message me.
Be sure to use the suggested print orientations since the model is designed to be printed that way.
Print instructions:
1. Orient the pieces and add supports as shown in photos 4 and 5(paint on supports with smart fill is good for this).
2. The stock 0.2mm profile and changing perimeters to 4 and infill to 35% worked well on my Prusa mini in both PLA and PETG. Up these values if you want a more solid clamp.
If you have any questions or requests let me know!
