Settings & Manufacturing Instructions
For 3D Printing
Material: PLA, PETG, ABS, or high-temperature resin
Layer Height: 0.2 mm
Infill: 20–30%

Print Orientation: Flat on the build plate
Post-processing: Light sanding on cavity edges for smoother candle surface
Tip: Apply mold release spray or thin oil layer before pouring wax
For CNC Machining
Material: Aluminum, brass, hardwood, HDPE, or wax block
Tooling:
Flat end mill for roughing
Ball end mill for number details
Finishing: Deburr edges and polish cavity surfaces
Tip: Ensure proper venting for air release during wax pouring
