3D Printing Settings (for mold prototype):
Recommended Material: PLA, PETG, or ABS
Layer Height: 0.2 mm
Infill: 30–50% (for strength)
Supports: Enabled (for overhangs if needed)
Print Orientation: Flat base for stability
CNC Machining (for functional mold):
Material: Aluminum or High-Density Plastic
Tool: Flat End Mill (4–6 mm)
Feed Rate: Medium (depends on machine capability)
Cooling: Recommended when using metal
General Notes:
Ensure proper tolerance when assembling parts.
Sanding or post-processing may be required for a smooth finish.
Use mold release spray if casting resin or other materials inside the mold.
