3D Printable and CNC Molding With Flower Pot
Description
This is a molding design for producing a flower pot, suitable for both 3D printing and CNC machining.
The model is provided in Plasticity native format, STL, and OBJ files, making it versatile for digital fabrication.
It is designed in separate parts for easy assembly and practical use as a casting mold.
Perfect for DIY projects, prototyping, small-scale manufacturing, or product design exploration.
Settings & Manufacturing Instructions
3D Printing (for prototype mold):
Material: PLA, PETG, or ABS
Layer Height: 0.2 mm
Infill: 25–40%
Supports: Enabled if necessary
Print Orientation: Flat base for stability
CNC Machining (for durable mold):
Material: Aluminum or HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene)
Tool: Flat End Mill (6–8 mm)
Feed Rate: Medium (adjust based on material)
Cooling: Recommended for metal machining
General Notes:
Assemble mold parts with bolts/screws through the provided holes.
Apply mold release agent before casting resin, cement, or other materials.
Sanding or finishing may be required for smoother pot surfaces.
