Supports: Optional (depending on printer and orientation)
Print Orientation: Mold blocks printed flat on the base
Post-processing: Light sanding on inner mold surfaces for smoother results
Tip: PETG or ABS is recommended for better heat and durability resistance
For CNC Machining
Material: Aluminum, wood, HDPE, acrylic, or mold-grade plastic
Tooling:
Ball end mill for curved surfaces
Flat end mill for outer blocks
Finishing: Sanding or polishing for smooth mold cavities
Tip: Apply mold release or food-safe coating if used for functional cups
