Layer Height: 0.2 mm
Infill: 20–35%
Supports: Not required (recommended to print parts separately)
Print Orientation:
Handle: flat on side
Comb blade: flat for clean teeth
Post-processing: Light sanding on hinge and comb teeth
Tip: PETG or Nylon recommended for stronger hinge durability
For CNC Machining
Material: Aluminum, acrylic, wood, or engineering plastic
Tooling:
Small end mill for comb teeth
Ball end mill for curved handle
Assembly: Use a small pin or screw for the folding joint
Finishing: Deburring and polishing for smooth handling
