V60 Coffee Filter Paper Shaper and Organizer 3D Model
Description
This is a V60 coffee filter paper shaping and organizing tool, designed to help neatly form and prepare paper filters before brewing. The ribbed, conical body follows the V60 geometry, allowing the filter paper to open evenly, reduce creases, and sit properly inside the dripper.
Ideal for home brewers, baristas, coffee shops, and pour-over enthusiasts, this tool improves consistency, workflow, and presentation during manual brewing.
The model is optimized for both 3D printing and CNC machining.
Provided file formats include Plasticity, OBJ, and STL, making it easy to manufacture, modify, or scale as needed.
Settings & Manufacturing Instructions (Simple)
For 3D Printing
Material: PLA, PETG, ABS, or food-safe resin
Layer Height: 0.16–0.24 mm
Infill: 15–25%
Supports: Not required
Orientation: Print vertically (base on the build plate)
Post-processing: Light sanding for smoother contact with paper filters
Optional: Apply food-safe coating if in direct contact with brewing tools
For CNC Machining
Material: Hardwood, bamboo, aluminum, or food-safe plastic
Tooling:
Ball-nose end mill for the ribbed surface
Flat end mill for the top and base
Finishing: Sand or polish for smooth surface
Optional: Apply food-safe oil or coating for wooden versions
