Abandoned Industrial Building 3D Model
The model is a realistic 3d exterior representation of an abandoned industrial building, practical as a Game asset or as a model in an Environment.
Worn out walls with water stains, leaks, and mold along the edges, complemented by custom graffiti painted around the structure. Hanging cables, rusted metal stairs and doors, and many other small details give the model a photorealistic and derelict appearance.
The model is available in 2 variants, with High-Res and Low-Res textures.
The polycount is 27,868. Textures for all 12 materials are packed in the .blend file but also available in separate folders in 2 different resolutions to make it easier to use it in different software.
The model was created in Blender but is also available in the following file formats: .blend (NATIVE), .obj (mtl file included), .fbx, and .stl.
The scene includes the studio setup with cameras and floor used for the renderings in a separated collection.
