Well, it's a runway (or catwalk, if you prefer). Where you can show off outfits. It does this quite well for a great price.
On the technical side, the walls are set up in such a way to where it's easy to swap in the logo for the company or event being presented. There is some degree of structural flexibility for the place so you can achieve different looks beyond the default room setup.
