Nice atmospheric environment piece, with lots of possiblities.

A very good scene, unique wall with excellent adjustments, reasonable lighting and a lot of controls for the beginner. Be aware that this is a scene not props and HDRIs you can load separately. Delete the Camera that loads to get control over framing, reset your render settings. Then save as a Scene Subset to be able to load it without disrupting your work flow and give it maximum flexibility. (You can re-shade every part of the wall/seat in the Surfaces Tab)

This Room Environment is a simple Room with a Oval Seat on the Wall!
The Seat has several Morphes to fit it right to you Scene.
- Seat height
- Seat Wide
- Seat up and down
Also on the Sidewall there are a Morph to open the Blind
- Wall Blind Left
- Wall Blind Right
There are Color Options for the Room, Light Options and a HDRI Light Rotate. Floor and Seat Options.
