Futuristic Aparment Building 3D Model
Architectural 3D model of a futuristic apartment building. Modern style with tide openings, built around multiple small courtyards and terraces. A cooperative organisation of apartments. Floors have solved, functional apartments. The upper most floors are duplexes.
Inspired by japanese metabolism and european modernism.
Can be used in renderings, scenes. The diversity of ambients makes space for various activities on many levels
Model is suitable for use in games.
The structure is made from a flexible grid that adheres to requirements of room sizes. The variations in floors result as a small change in this grid via addition or subtraction, however the constructive points do not suffer as result and leave the ground floor open and welcoming, with a couple of closed spaces for street-side shops. The building is aproximately 60 meters long, with a facade of 14m on both sides.
The buildings elements are grouped by their material and function. One group contains walls, other floors, starcases etc. for convenient use and easier modification.
