Alf 2 (Alien Life Form) 3D Model

ALF from Alien Life Form is a 1986 American comedy television series. Produced by Alien Productions. In the United States, the series ran for four seasons from 1986 to 1990. It was shown in 80 countries around the world.
The doll representing Alpha was controlled by the creator of the series, Paul Fusco, during filming, and he also voiced the alien. In several episodes of the first season, where Alf is seen in full height, his role was played by midget actor Mihai Mesz ros, but filming with a live actor was too expensive and time-consuming, so after the first season they completely switched to a doll.
His name and surname are Gordon Shumway, he is 229 years old (born October 28, 1756 according to earthly reckoning). He is one of the few survivors from the exploded planet Melmac, who crashed his spaceship into the garage of an ordinary American Tanner family in September 1986. The head of the family, Willie Tanner, called him "Alf" (short for Alien Life Form - an extraterrestrial life form), which replaced Gordon with his real name for a very long time.
The Tanners sheltered Alpha and hid him from the so-called Alien Research Unit. He became a member of their family, and although the alien did not always appreciate the kindness shown to him, he sincerely loved Willie, his wife Kate, their children Lynn and Brian, and even the Tanners' cat Lucky, whom he often hunted - In Melmac, cats were considered a delicacy. Moreover, the alien managed to meet many people besides the Tanners themselves. Alpha's adventures on Earth form the basis of the series' plot.
The alien's height is 96.5 cm. Alf was born on October 28, 1756, according to Earth's calendar, on the lower-western side of the planet Melmak. Melmac, six parsecs beyond the Hydra-Centauri supercluster, had green skies, pink grass, and a purple sun. The currency used on Melmac was called "varnik", and the material known here on Earth as lint was valued in Alpha's homeland in the same way that gold is valued here (gold on Melmac was not particularly valuable). There is/was a disease on Melmac - the "Creepy Melmacian Hiccup". It can last a couple of days, or maybe a couple of years (for example, Uncle Alpha hiccupped for 50 years).
Alf looks like many animals at once. His body is covered in brown fur (he describes the color as "burnt sienna"). Alpha has a folded nose similar in structure to a beak with nostrils at the end, moles on his face and green blood. According to Alpha's own statement, of the ten main organs of Alpha's body, eight are stomachs (there is another stomach that is used during depression), so he has an incredible appetite; hence the unusually large weight of the alien. Cats were considered one of the most delicious delicacies on Melmac, so during his stay on Earth, Alf has to constantly fight the desire to eat Lucky, the Tanners' pet cat, who dies in the fourth season.
After his spaceship crashed into the garage of the Tanner family living in Los Angeles in 1986, they sheltered the alien and replaced him with relatives and friends. Alf is forced to live in secret, out of sight of anyone except members of the Tanner family, otherwise Alf risks being captured by the Alien Task Force.
He is self-confident, capricious and greedy. He is a glutton, a rude man and a grumbler. He loves cats (in the culinary sense), his curiosity knows no bounds, and his destructive abilities are amazing. But his thoughts are pure, his soul is open, and his heart is responsive.
ALF has the ability to repeat phrases in the voices of different people, as he demonstrates in some episodes of the first season, and also attracts trouble, constantly embarrassing the Tanners and risking detection. However, when things go too far, Alf does everything possible to correct the situation, and sometimes he succeeds. Alf has a number of positive qualities: kindness, responsiveness, sense of humor. Alf has visited the farthest corners of the Universe, but much of what he tells seems implausible to earthlings.
It is not known exactly what kind of life Alf had on Melmac, how and with whom he worked. In "Keeping The Faith", Alf claims to have his own business selling slime cars.
