Caitlin – Metahuman Surfer Character 3D Model
Caitlin – Metahuman Surfer Character
Meet, Caitlin a stylized surfer character created for the RenderHub contest. This project allowed me to explore character integration using Unreal Engine and MetaHuman Creator, pushing the limits of realistic skin and clothing setups.
Key features of this project: MetaHuman & Custom Assets:
Designed using MetaHuman Creator, fully equipped with her surfboard and custom-designed swimsuit.
Auto-Adjusting Outfit: The swimsuit features an auto-adjusting setup directly inside Unreal Engine 5.8.2, ensuring clean deformation and fit.
Texturing: All assets, including the surfboard and outfit, were textured from scratch in Substance Painter2024 to achieve high-fidelity details. It was a blast working on this workflow.
Feedback is highly appreciated!
Instrucctions:
Copy Caitlin folder into your project
assembly MetahumanTemplate
Open L_Presentation
Open levelSequencer SurfPose_P
