19 Inch 3U Blank Server Rack Panel - CNC and 3D Print Ready
Professional 3U Blank Rack Panel designed for standard 19-inch server racks, cabinet enclosures, and smart home network setups. Fully optimized for industrial CNC sheet metal manufacturing and FDM 3D printing.
What’s inside the package:
1. Aluminum / Metal CNC Version (1.5mm thickness): Perfect for sheet metal laser cutting and bending. Includes 3D CAD formats and flat 2D DXF template.
2. Plastic 3D Printed Versions (6mm reinforced core thickness with 16mm rigidity rib):
- Solid Version - for large-scale industrial 3D printers.
- Split in 2 Parts - for standard build plates (Ender 3, Bambu Lab, Prusa). One part is 241.3mm long. Features 3 heavy-duty alignment pins.
- Split in 4 Parts - for mini 3D printers (Bambu A1 Mini, Kingroon, etc.). One part is 120.65mm long. Features a unique triple-interlocking pin system.
- Features smart built-in connecting pins (Ø4.2mm) and precise alignment holes (Ø4.4mm) for automatic interlocking and solid gluing.
File Formats Included:
- CAD / Production: .FCStd (FreeCAD native), .STEP, .DXF (2D Flat Pattern), .PDF (Technical Blueprints)
- 3D Graphics & Web: .OBJ, .MTL, .GLTF, .BIN
- 3D Printing: .STL, .3MF (All parts properly organized in subfolders inside the ZIP)

- Infill: 20% - 30% (Gyroid or Grid pattern).
- Supports: 100% NOT REQUIRED (optimized for print-in-place).
- Easy assembly: Clean joints, apply Superglue (PLA/PETG) or Acetone (ABS), and snap parts together.
