1U Blank Server Rack Panel 19 Inch CNC and 3D Print Ready
Professional 1U Blank Rack Panel designed for standard 19-inch server racks and enclosures. This product is fully optimized for both industrial manufacturing (CNC/Laser cutting) and commercial/home FDM 3D printing.
What’s inside the package:
1. Aluminum / Metal CNC Version (1.5mm thickness): Perfect for sheet metal laser cutting and bending. Includes 3D engineering formats and flat 2D DXF pattern.
2. Plastic 3D Printed Versions (6mm reinforced thickness): Thickened for high rigidity.
- Solid Version - for large-scale 3D printers.
- Split in 2 Parts - for medium-sized beds (Ender 3, Bambu Lab, Prusa).
- Split in 4 Parts - for mini 3D printers (Bambu A1 Mini, Kingroon, etc.).
- Features smart built-in connecting pins for automatic interlocking and solid gluing.
File Formats Included:
- CAD / Production: .FCStd (FreeCAD native), .STEP, .DXF (2D Flat Pattern), .PDF (Technical Drawings)
- 3D Graphics & Web: .OBJ, .MTL
- 3D Printing: .STL, .3MF (All parts properly organized in subfolders)

- Material: PETG or ABS recommended for durability in server environment. PLA is fine for basic use.

- Infill: 20% - 30% (Gyroid or Grid pattern).
- Supports: Not required (model is flat and optimized for print-in-place).
- Easy assembly: Glue parts using Superglue (for PLA/PETG) or Acetone (for ABS).
