Eve Speed from the manga, light novel and anime; Hazure Waku no Joutai Ijou Skill de Saikyou ni Natta Ore ga Subete wo Juurin Suru made - Failure frame: I became the Strongest and Annihilated Everything with Low-Level Spells. This scene is when she turns to the protagonist and states " I'm going to kill them all". Yeah I wouldn't mess with an anthropomorphic cheetah and ex gladiatrix. She has yet to make her appearance in the anime, but if you watch it look out for her.
