Racing The Event Horizon 3D Wallpaper
3D Render by ninjxcThis will take some time, so please ignore if you're not interested in my motivation for this image.
In theoretic physics there are two types of theorised black holes, static and rotating. A static black hole is the one where you get spaghetified once you cross into the event horizon. A rotating black hole doesn't have a static point as the singularity (the region with an impossible amount of gravitational force), rather it is circular in nature and in theory an object pulled into towards the singularity would get pulled in to another dimnensional space where it will get spit out through a white hole (the theoretical opposit of a black hole). There's a lot more to it than that, but I'd have to write an essay to cover the details. So why racing against the event horizon? Well as an object speeds up it's mass builds up, in order to continue accelrating it would require more energy, to get to light speed you would need an infinite amount of energy due to the infinite amount of mass you would build up (E = mc2 - energy equals mass x the speed of light squared). However if you have negative mass then theortically you should be able to break the lightspeed limit of the universe. What would that look like? That's the idea behind the render.

Einsteins theory states that nothing can travel faster than light, and light can't escape the black hole. There might be negative mass in theory, I'm not sure : - )
But sure this is a well dynamic render.
Info:
''Negative mass remains a purely theoretical concept, as no object with negative mass has ever been observed or created in a laboratory setting.
Einstein showed that the universe does, in fact, have a speed limit: the speed of light in a vacuum. Only massless particles, including photons, which make up light, can travel at that speed''.
