Red Sandstone Mesa Rock Formation 3D Model
This asset pack contains two unique layered red sandstone mesa rock formations formed by natural desert weathering and water erosion. Each rock model features distinct horizontal sedimentary bedding layers, rugged fractured rock faces, natural cracks, broken rock debris and scattered rubble at the base. The texture is carefully scanned and processed to show rich red earth tone variations, darker mineral streaks, dry dust coverage and subtle erosion wear marks, fully reproducing the appearance of southwest American desert sandstone buttes. Complete PBR texture maps are provided including albedo, normal, roughness, metallic and ambient occlusion maps. The mesh topology is optimized for real time engine use while keeping abundant surface details. These rock assets can be freely combined, scaled and rotated to build large canyon, badland and arid wilderness landscapes. It is suitable for desert environment scene construction, open world game level design, cinematic background rendering, landscape visualization, VR wilderness simulation and concept art presentation. The models support common 3D formats and work well with Unreal Engine, Unity, Blender, 3ds Max, Maya and other mainstream modeling and rendering software.
