The .fbx format contains the models without subdivision

The mesh has a clean geometry based on loops and 'only' quads
The mesh can be subdivided according to your needs, subdivision surfaces methods like Meshsmooth or Turbosmooth are perfectly working
No creases used so the subdivision can be done correctly in any other 3D Software exactly in the same way
The Preview image is rendered using Eevee
The .blend file is ready to render exactly like the preview image
