I like making the sides transparent without having to make a trans map.

I used the first Photoshop when it came out. I taught PS at a university. I was so embarrassed when I couldn't remember how to arc text along a path for this top. UV template would be a nice addition. Pro-tip: Don't get old. I'll try Affinity Designer for text.
